When you create an account, including your email address, KidsGreek automatically sends an email to that email address with a link. When you click on the link, you are brought back tot he site and your account is activated.
When people don't get the email back from us, it generally means one of several things.
You tyed in the email incorrectly.
Your spam filter caught it.
Your internet provider's spam filter caught it.
We have no control over these issues, so please confirm that you typed the email in correctly and that your spam filter didn't catch it. If the problem persists, contact us through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and we will see what we can do to help.

We have had issues with this as we are receiving emails from our email program saying the emails could not be delivered. From all indications it is an issue of spam filters. For some unknown reason ATT has marked us as a spamer, so if you are using an email with att.net, they are the ones stopping the emails from coming through. We have requested this to be changed but we will wait and see.
