What are the two ways to pronounce an iota?

Think of the two "i" sounds in "intrigue." Thre is a short i sound as in "bit," and a long e sound as in the second "i" in intrigue.

 Think of the two i's in the word "intrigue." One is the short i sound and the other is an e sound.
